(First MCO) is a full-service managed care organization providing medical cost containment services for Workers’ Compensation and Auto Injury claims and were the very first Managed Care Organization to be licensed in the state of NJ.  We combine expertise, technology, extensive proprietary provider networks, and the very best in White Glove client service which is unique to First MCO.
